I stand by my idea of sharing knowledge for those who have to study knowledge up and close, I spend much of my time to create templates, sources and free give-away's

Can anyone help? When I try to download and then open it, it won't let me open the file. It says that it is downloaded as a .rar file and will only open in iTunes (I use a mac if that helps). Any help is appreciated
